SA Residents Rate

Rates available upon enquiry

•Rate quoted is per person per night sharing. Single supplement charged at 50% rate.
•Regret no guests under age 12 unless camp is booked for exclusive use.
•Exclusive use of camp requires a minimum booking for nine individuals. If children are a part of exclusive use group, they are charged at full rate and included towards maximum occupancy of ten individuals.
•Rate inclusive of 15% VAT.

Pay 3, Stay 4 Winter Special

Pay for 3 nights and get the 4 th night free.

Travel must be over consecutive nights in the months of May, June or July.

Honeymoon Offer

One partner gets 25% off the safari package cost for their stay.

Minimum 3-night stay to qualify for this offer. Proof of wedding date is required and cannot be booked if travel dates are more than 3 months after wedding date.

Return Guest Offer

Return guests receive a 10% discount on their safari package.

There is a minimum stay of 3 nights required to qualify for this discount. Return guest full names and date of last stay required to validate offer. The discount will apply only to repeat guests and not to guests who may be travelling in the same party.

Manyoni Private Game Reserve conservation levies, currently these rates are set at R180 per adult per night for 2026. Levies have not been finalized for 2027. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation policy

Check-in and Check-out

•Check in to rooms available from 2pm. Please note that lunch is served from 1:30-2:30pm and guests are asked to arrive prior to that time if they would like to have lunch upon arrival. Please note that guests must arrive by 2:30 pm to be guaranteed participation on the afternoon game drive. Late checkins are available but must be pre-arranged with lodge
•Check-out at approximately 10.30 am after breakfast is served upon returning from morning game drive.

Dietary Requirements

Meals are served from a set menu, so please inform the lodge prior to arrival if guests have any dietary restrictions or preferences so we are able to ensure we can accommodate them.

Booking Confirmation & Deposits

•Upon submission of written booking our reservations team will create a provisional booking and generate a proforma invoice. A 50% deposit is due within 48 hours of receiving the proforma invoice.
•Once payment is received the lodge will generate an invoice reflecting payment and a confirmation letter that serves as confirmation of booking.
•Full payment for booking is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
•For last minute bookings (defined as within 30 days prior to arrival) full payment is due within 48 hours of receiving booking
•When payment is made via bank transfer, refunds of any sort incur a R200 banking and admin fee.
•When payment is made via credit card, refunds of any sort incur a bank fee of 2.5-3.82% of the total paid (the exact percentage is dependent on credit card type and is charged by the bank as nonrefundable). We will let you know at time of refund the total fee the bank has withheld.
