Our rates are quoted as per person per night sharing. Single supplement (one person wants a room to themselves) are charged at a 50% extra on the per person sharing rate. Rates inclusive of 15% VAT. We regret no children under 13 allowed.

Rates exclude

Manyoni Private Game Reserve conservation levies, charged on behalf of the reserve, at R175 per adult per night. Conservation levies are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation 60-30 days prior to arrival, 50% cancellation fee applies.
If cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee applies.

Check-in and Check-out

Check in available from 2pm. Please note that guests must arrive by 2:30 pm to be guaranteed participation on the afternoon game drive. Late check-ins are available but must be pre-arranged with lodge.
Check-out at approximately 10.30 am after breakfast is served upon returning from morning game drive.

Dietary Requirements

Meals are served from a set menu, so please inform the lodge prior to arrival if guests have any dietary restrictions or preferences so we are able to ensure we can accommodate them.

Booking Confirmation & Deposits

Upon submission of written booking our reservations team will create an provisional booking and generate a proforma invoice. A 50% deposit is due within 48 hours of receiving the proforma invoice. Once payment is received the lodge will generate an invoice reflecting payment and a confirmation letter that serves as confirmation of booking.

Full payment for booking is due 4 weeks prior to arrival at which time our cancellation policy takes effect. For last minute bookings (defined as within 4 weeks prior to arrival) full payment is due within 48 hours of receiving booking.

Refunds of any sort incur a R200 banking and admin fee.
